Manufacturing defects reported to Skyline within 15 months after original retail delivery by an authorized dealer will be corrected without charge and within reasonable time. Additionally, Skyline Homes dealers can participate in our SKYCARE Customer Care Program, which utilizes our factory service technicians to complete many of the steps, after delivery and setup, required in the completion of the new Skyline home. When the customer invests in SKYCARE, we inspect all aspects of the new home to ensure the highest levels of craftsmanship and make sure the customer understands every system and appliance. We share valuable information that will help the customer protect their investment and enjoy their new home for years to come.
SKYCARE highlights include drywall inspection, setup/installation inspection, interior inspection, home detailing, complete systems check, customer orientation, customer walk through, follow up, and 15-month warranty service.
